Schedule Details
-
For most age groups, we typically have class (although some are full) options from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
-
To see precise class openings for your child’s location and age group, click the “Book Your Free Trial” button at the bottom of any page. It will show what’s currently available and what’s full. Just make sure you use the right filter.
-
Depending upon availability and location, students train between 1 and 3 times per week. The vast majority of students train twice per week.
At some newer locations, we only offer two per week memberships.
-
First, you book a single free trial class. If you like the program, you can then enroll for your two designated classes. Those are your reserved classes from one week to another. You can change them, but only if we have room in other classes.
-
Essentially all of our instructors are full-time, front-line, fully trained, and well paid instructors.
Having Saturday classes would necessarily mean, in the long run, part-time staff that could give a different experience.
It’s very hard to find someone willing to work six days per week, sustainably.
That’s why we avoid Saturdays. It’s inconvenient for some families, but it’s essential to ensure our quality remains sky-high.
-
You can switch your schedule after enrollment, but only if we have openings in the classes you prefer. Although keep in mind we have a pressure-free cancellation policy.
So you’ll never be forced into a situation where you can’t actually make the classes you’re paying for.
-
We do not offer makeup classes. All students must attend the classes they enroll for. If we offered makeup classes, it would ruin our student to teacher ratio.
We would oftentimes, without warning, have student to teacher ratios of approximately 15 to 1. That doesn’t work for our class structure or quality assurance.
-
No matter how much some schools don’t like to admit it, age is a far better predictor of student compatibility than rank or experience. All of our classes are grouped accordingly.
At most of our class times at our schools, there are multiple groups per class, so beginners don’t slowdown veterans. Unless the school is extremely new or still going through growing pains. This is almost never an issue, though.
