The perfect blend of challenging & fun moments.
-
Fun never has to mean low-value. Your child will still learn to overcome demanding moments. Which is essential. But the fun is always on the horizon.
-
You can’t teach a child that quits. Our class structure keeps this in mind. The students have to actually want to keep coming back.
-
We know how it is. With most child activities, eventually you have to start dragging your child out the door. That’s extremely rare in our program. It’s usually the other way around because of how the program, journey, and classes are framed and designed. That said, even if it does become that way, our program is strictly month to month. So you can come and go as you like.

The younger the age group class structure, the more we incorporate martial arts “games”. These are extremely exciting and proven training drills that the kids just view as games. The kids never stop raving about them. They’re that good.
-
Most martial arts schools get this all wrong. You can’t teach the kids how you teach the adults. We give the kids a quick, interactive, and largely visual instruction block, then we have them do it. Then it’s feedback time. These kids need to keep moving. We also pivot from one segment of training to another, automatically within our pre-set time structure.
-
Nothing prevents a child from learning more than a long-winded, boring lecture. We find ways around this through spotlight teaching, repeating phrases, isolation repetition, and segmentation of content. The kids stay engaged.

Surprisingly, when children know that there’s something exciting, fun, or more preferred than what they’re currently doing on the horizon, they can actually function very well and work very hard. But that has to be clear to them. And with our class structure system, it’s obviously clear (they can always see the timer).
Children can give you much more effort if they know “5 more minutes and then it’s my favorite game”.
Children learn best when they’re having fun.
But the training still has to be valuable & taken seriously.
We’ve taught over 9,000 kids’ classes and developed the perfect balance of both.
