We know how nervous, shy, or intimidated some students can get on the first day. Or some students can get frustrated if they don’t perform how they’d like to.

We’re no strangers to any of these matters. Your child will be given one on one time before the class starts to make sure he or she can keep up with whatever group they’re in.

And the class structure is setup in such a way that any child can have an extremely positive first day experience.

This age group thrives on speed. Not lectures. Not sitting around. We keep the kids moving and the pace circulating.

The best way to describe our kids class atmosphere is: high-energy, fun, demanding, & positive. Those aren’t buzzwords. See for yourself.

You can’t train a child that quits. We learned that early on. Our classes impart excellent & tough training every single class, while still making things tremendously enjoyable. To learn more about that specifically, check out the Enjoyment page.

The average student to teacher ratio for this age group is 6-1. We have found that to be the sweet spot for this age group for keeping energy & partner potential high but individual attention still excellent.

This age group trains hard, for sure. But the complexity, safety, & intensity matches the age range. We do not have 6 year old children busting each other’s heads open.

There is no head contact until students are at least 18. These children will grapple, however. We also have safety briefings every class.
