We offer classes for preschoolers, kids, teens, & adults of all shapes and sizes from ages 3+. We have no upper age limit, so long as you can handle the training.

The “22” in Legacy 22 refers to the 22 virtues that we strive to impart upon our students, and embody ourselves (however imperfectly). You can learn more about them on our 22 Virtues page.

We have nothing to hide. Our philosophy with this website is to give visitors radical transparency. We aim to give you every bit of info you may need.

The goal of our videos is to show what you can actually expect in our martial arts school. Not just the perfect moments. They are designed to give you a real feel for what you can expect at Legacy 22.
